This is the dogwood tree right outside the dining room window in the front of the house. It gets morning sun and today is noteworthy in that the blossoms are opening against a BLUE sky.

Oh wow, those are beautiful! Dogwoods always make me nostalgic for our North Carolina years. Here in Ontario we have tulips and daffodils up, but the trees are still very bare.

Both are stunning, dogwood is so dainty, that color is very pretty.
