Our daughter turned 30 yesterday. How is this even possible? I can clearly remember when I took this shot of her at the condo we rented in Carpinteria (a little south of Santa Barbara). I love this picture as it represents a very happy time in my life. Here's
a link to a photo montage I put together yesterday for Sara's big birthday.

BTW - I'm giving away
a really good book. You should try to
win it.

What a beautiful and happy little girl. Truly precious.
Oh, what a gorgeous photo...and the memories are wonderful, too, aren't they?
You asked me the name of the restaurant, and I'm now curious as to whether or not it's even around these days. But it was called The Nut Tree.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
I wondered if it was the Nut Tree. Pretty famous in its day. There's a Nut Tree shopping center, don't know if the restaurant still exists. I'll look on my next trip to SF.
Young seedling flowers are always so precious as is your baby girl, but she's not so baby anymore, I'm sure she blossomed into a beautiful young lady.
Happy Birthday to your daughter!
That is such a sweet photo! I'm already amazed at how quickly my kids are growing up - I can't imagine what it's going to be like when they're 30.
Happy Birthday to your daughter. Lovely photo.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Your comment made me laugh!
That is an awesome picture. I know where you are coming from as I have (2) in their 30's and I wonder where the years have gone.
Beautiful little girl. Thank god for the invention of photography, otherwise precious memories would not be relived as easily as this.
I love that little yellow dress she had on. I have a daughter who will be 29 this year - pretty much a contemporary of yours - I remember those little outfits. Tied at the neck didn't it?
Happy birthday to your girl. Time sure does fly.
Awww. I'm sure it seems like just yesterday that you took this.
This picture is so adorable! Love it :)
Looks like a pic a photographer would have taken! Happy Birthday to you Sara Anne!
So cute, and they do grow up so fast. I remember when my nieces were that little and now they are adults.
What a darling photo and the montage shows the beautiful young woman - Happy Birthday to your daughter.
My oldest turned 30 last October :)
So so cute. Don't you wish we could go back to those days, just for a few minutes, to feel their baby soft skin and get one of their wet kisses? Happy Birthday to your girl!
Time passes too quickly with our children, doesn't it? What a wonderful picture and memory for you.
