Saturday Snapshot: pretty in pink

Since I took a trip back in time last week, decided to take a photo this morning on the way back from a starbucks run for iced coffee (still no warm/hot beverages for me). This is a close up of a beautiful pink dogwood tree in the parking lot of the movie theater.

Check out all the other Saturday Snapshots or better yet, join along, at Alyce's blog.

That is a gorgeous close-up! I don't think I've ever seen a dogwood tree in person. (It immediately brought to mind the movie The American President, where they're talking about the state flower of Virginia.)

Wow, I love that pink. Closeups of flowers are a favorite photo shot of mine. This one is lovely!

Oh, you're right about the "pretty in pink" moniker. Gorgeous photo...and the flowers are such a welcoming sign of spring.

Thanks for visiting my blog.
